Attorney Patrick Hamilton is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri, and has nearly two decades of experience prosecuting and defending lawsuits in state and federal courts across the United States.
A persuasive and skilled advocate, Patrick is experienced in every aspect of pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activity, including discovery, motion practice, jury trials, appellate practice, settlement negotiations and mediations. He has argued cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Kansas Supreme Court. He also has appealed decisions to the United States Supreme Court.
